Odd Shrimp (Gambas) and Sherry in Madird

One of my favorite places in Madrid is this tiny restaurant that serves only shrimp (gambas) in oil, along with sherry. Nothing else. You order up your shrimp and sherry and stand at the bar... very simple.

But really great... they fry up the shrimp in oil and garlic as soon as you order, and the combination of shrimp and sherry really works. Well worth checking out.
