Pelican Inn Pub and Hotel

The Pelican Inn is a great spot to have an authentic pub lunch, traditional English dinner or just a pint Guinness. Located about 300 yards from Muir beach and right off of highway 1, it is (somewhat of) a mecca for hikers, bikers and beach goers who need a beer and snack after a day's activities.

Though it looks like the inn has been around since the 1600s, it was actually brought over piece by piece from England in the late 1970s. It still maintains all the charm of an old English inn everything is very small. To get into the rooms one has to duck down, and the beds are really best suited for smaller adults.
