Deir Mar Musa Monastery

One of the best things I've ever done stopping here for 2 nights on the way between Damascus and Aleppo. The monastery welcomes guests (all faiths) with incredible hospitality. The monastery dates from the Roman era. Lodgings are simple. The desert views are mesmerizing.
